The brief
A precision tower-stacking game built for Reddit's Devvit platform, where every tower you finish becomes a monument in a shared 3D world. Stonefall started as a hackathon build, took an Honorable Mention in the Reddit × Kiro Community Games Challenge, and went on to reach 42,000 daily players at its peak, with 1.3 million views in twelve months.
Built with React Three Fiber, custom shaders, and a Redis-backed leaderboard. It opened the door to Reddit's Foundry program, and it is still live: you can go play it right now.

How it went
01 · The problem
Devvit games run inside a Reddit post. No install, no store page, no tutorial screen. The game has to explain itself in the first few seconds or the scroll wins.
02 · What we built
A precision tower stacker in React Three Fiber with custom shaders and a Redis-backed leaderboard, wrapped around one shared 3D world where every finished tower stays standing for the next player.
03 · What happened
An Honorable Mention in the Reddit × Kiro Community Games Challenge, 42,000 daily players at peak, 1.3 million subreddit views over twelve months, and an opening into Reddit’s Foundry program.
